Cold temperatures are on the way for tonight. Expect overnight lows around freezing early Friday. Drier air will finally help to erode the cloud cover after midnight. High pressure will build in for the weekend and expect plenty of sunshine Friday and Saturday. Another disturbance will bring a chance of light showers Sunday night with a better chance of rain Monday. Temperatures will continue to warm over the next several days with highs Saturday reaching the lower 70s.
The 8-14 temperature forecast is indicating above average temperatures for the Southeast. We might just be rid of the cold temperatures for awhile.
