Hurricane season is still a few weeks away, however this morning the National Hurricane Center is keeping a close eye on a disturbance in the far eastern Atlantic. This feature is located about 400 miles southwest of the southern Azores Island. There is a 40% chance this system may become a tropical or subtropical cyclone over the next 48 hours. The first name on the 2012 list is Alberto.
