While our temperatures today will likely top out about 7-degrees above average, at least we are not expecting triple digit heat this afternoon.
Elevated dewpoiints will likely help to bring about scattered to isolated showers in the heat of the afternoon.
This same basic pattern takes us into the next 7-days. Look for highs in the mid-90s...lows in the mid-70s with a 20-to-30 percent chance of showers through Tuesday of next week.
