All Quiet In The Tropics

Today the National Hurricane Center sounded the all clear in the tropics, with no areas favorable for tropical development. If you’re planning on traveling to Alabama’s Gulf coast for the upcoming 4^th of July holiday weekend, there will be a few spotty afternoon thunderstorms. Otherwise, look for partly to mostly sunny conditions, with highs near 90-degrees. The UV index is maxed out during this time of year so whether it’s the lake, river, or Gulf Coast, put on lots of sunscreen.
