We managed to stay dry across much of the area this afternoon. Although - I did run into some soaking rain about Highway 280 and 459 this afternoon. It was basically hit and miss showers and storms. For tonight - expect overnight lows in the lower to mid 70s with again some patchy fog Thursday morning.
Rain chances will climb dramatically on Thursday and Friday as a cool front moves into the area. I'm not overly concerned with the threat for severe weather. The storms should remain below severe weather limits with only isolated gusty winds, heavy rain, and hail. This is a strong front. We can expect some major changes as the front slides down to the south.
Rain will continue throughout Friday afternoon with showers tapering off Friday night. The weekend looks mainly dry and much cooler. Highs Saturday and Sunday will reach the mid to upper 80s.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Low 73. Winds SW 3-5.
Tomorrow: Scattered storms. High 89. Winds SW 5-10.
