This is the kind of day when the beautiful view of the Birmingham Skyline which we traditionally get from here atop Red Mountain...doesn't exist. But days like this make you appreciate days to come when we can look out the back door and see Spring come up the mountain one day at a time.

Everyone got rain and lots of it and a River Flood Warning will likely continue until late Thursday for lands along the river in Greene, Hale, Marengo, Pickens and Sumter counties.

Colder air to follow with lows back in the 20s before the end of the week. Stay warm. Stay dry. Stay safe.
