It has been a while since we mentioned the Tropics but that has recently changed. The National Hurricane Center is keeping an eye on two areas of shower activity associated with tropical waves. One tropical wave is located about 1200 miles east of the Lesser Antilles and moving westward at 25 mph and is poorly organized. The second wave is more organized and located a couple hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde Islands.

We will continue to post daily updates regarding the future strength and tracks of these waves!
