Areas along and west of I-65 are under a tornado watch until 7pm. Some of the strongest storms are impacting far west Alabama as of noon with numerous tornado and severe storm warnings connected with them. The strongest of the storms will be capable of producing wind gusts in excess of 60 mph and brief tornadoes. Most tornadoes will be rain wrapped and not visible and so please go to your safe place if your area is under a tornado warning.
